CSUCO Shared Services & Multi-Campus Collaboration Assessment

The California State University Office of the Chancellor (CSUCO) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a comprehensive review and assessment of the CSU for Shared Services and Multi-Campus collaboration opportunities. The goal of this review is to identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness, including reducing costs, improving services, and leveraging economies of scale. The contract was awarded to Deloitte Consulting LLP.
