Description
This contract is a piggyback contract between the City of Coral Gables and PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. for paybyphone services. The contract is based on a previous contract between PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. and the Miami Parking Authority. The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and termination. The City of Coral Gables will have access to records related to parking transactions in Coral Gables, and the contractor will maintain these records in accordance with Florida Public Records laws. The contract also includes a waiver of consequential damages and a provision for the resolution of disputes.
