PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES AT ANIMAL FRIENDS OF THE VALLEYS (AFV) AND OMBUDSMAN SERVICES

The County of Riverside is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for a performance review of services and operations of the animal shelter located at 33751 Mission Trail, Wildomar, California, and operated by Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV), a non-profit corporation. In addition, the Southwest Communities Financing Authority (SCFA) desires the services of an ombudsman to facilitate the informal resolution of selected communications received by SCFA members and AFV. The scope of work includes the review of programs and services at the animal shelter and the provision of ombudsman services.
