Description
This contract provides Region 4 Education Service Center with a full‑service, web‑based auction solution for the disposal of surplus school property. GovDeals will host the online auction platform, supply seller and bidder tools, deliver implementation and training at no charge, and provide continuous technical support, system upgrades, and marketing of auction listings. The vendor receives a 1.25 % buyer’s premium on gross auction proceeds; there are no registration, implementation, or support fees for the agency. The agreement runs for three years with the possibility of two one‑year renewals.
