Parks & Recreation Electronic Records Software

The Town of Vienna is seeking a web-based electronic records software system to collect and store information about camp participants, including health information and other relevant data. The system must integrate with RecTrac, Vermont Systems software, and meet legislative privacy requirements. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to 14 additional years.
