This three‑year state contract calls for the translation of CDTFA forms, publications, and web content into up to fifteen languages, combined with full desktop‑publishing, typesetting, and WCAG‑compliant accessibility work. The prime contractor must supply qualified ATA‑certified translators (≥ 3 years experience) and DTP staff (≥ 1 year experience), handle source files in formats such as Word, PowerPoint, HTML, InDesign, and deliver final PDFs, web‑optimized files, and source documents. Rates are per‑English‑word and per‑page, with a minimum project fee of $75, and an optional 25 % surcharge for expedited turnaround.
