Recycle and Waste Disposal Services

This contract is for recycle and waste disposal services for Orange County facilities. The contractor will provide routine pickup services, as-needed services, container rentals, and other related services. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, performance requirements, and specifications for containers and equipment. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The contract also includes provisions for invoicing, payment, and contract renewal. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor will provide waste disposal and recycling services for Orange County facilities. • The contractor will furnish exterior "drop-off" or "front load" dumpsters/containers outside of designated facilities. • The contractor will keep the parking lots and adjacent areas to containers neat and clean, free from litter or debris. • The contractor will provide distinct identification of each container deployed under this contract. • The contractor will report contaminated loads to the County Representative. • The contractor will participate in educational workshops, meetings, and presentations designed to improve/increase the recycling initiative and reduce contamination at County facilities.
