Engineering Services - Leslie Rd. Power Substation Design and Inspection Work

The City of Richland, Washington is requesting engineering services for the design and inspection of a joint 12.47KV substation. The substation will have collocated equipment and facilities of two entities, consisting of two transformer banks. The scope of work includes the engineering design of one 15/20/25MVA transformer bank, one metalclad switchgear connecting to a new 115KV Bus, and a new control house. The contract was awarded to Electric Power Systems, Inc. • The substation will be a joint 12.47KV substation with collocated equipment and facilities of two entities. • The scope of work includes the engineering design of one 15/20/25MVA transformer bank and one metalclad switchgear. • The contract was awarded to Electric Power Systems, Inc. at the February 7, 2017 City Council meeting. • The City of Richland is the agency responsible for the contract. • The Purchasing Division is the point-of-contact for the bid.
