Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Albany State University, is soliciting requests for quotes for grounds maintenance under BOR Public Works Bid Rules. The contract is for landscaping and grounds maintenance services on both the East and West Campus locations of Albany State University. The services are to start on February 1, 2025. The contract type is a single preferred but split-award possible, with the primary intent of identifying a single source to provide all the needed goods and/or services. • The contract is for grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, plant trimming, etc. • The pricing must include all applicable costs, including shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia. • There is a mandatory bidder's conference on November 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM. • The initial term of the contract and any renewal options will be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet.
