RFP 2014-19 – Premium Accounting

This contract awards a consulting firm to deliver premium‑accounting and financial‑planning services for the California Health Benefit Exchange’s Covered California marketplace. The work includes designing and implementing accounting and reconciliation processes for health‑plan premiums, creating cash‑flow and accounting procedures for assister compensation, producing accounting rules for the CalHEERS system, and providing full‑service financial planning & analysis (budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, etc.).
