Description
Clayton State University is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms interested in providing change management consulting services to build on the University Strategic Plan. The successful vendor will be expected to provide a strategic approach to support the continued activation of the plan, including building and continuing momentum, fostering stakeholder engagement, identifying campus culture challenges, and providing actionable recommendations. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2026, with an option to renew up to 4 (1) one year renewals.
• The University Strategic Plan, "Transforming Today for Tomorrow", aims to promote social mobility and positive transformation for the student body.
• The successful vendor will be expected to provide a statement of qualifications of individuals to be assigned direct responsibility for the services.
• The vendor will be expected to upload documents to show qualifications of all staff to be assigned to the project, including resumes and state licenses and/or certifications necessary to perform services.
• The vendor will be expected to provide a complete description of how the work will be conducted and detail the amount of time and effort that will be required of the entities' personnel.
• The vendor will be expected to provide a proposed schedule that ensures completion of the services by the timeframes stated in the RFP.
