UPS/Battery Maintenance and Monitoring Services - SG '21

Coastal Carolina University's Procurement Services department awarded a contract to Faulkner Haynes and Associates for UPS/Battery Maintenance and Monitoring Services. The contract is for a period of one year, from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, and has a total potential value of $18,181.80. The contract includes on-site service, response time, parts coverage, labor and travel coverage, and battery recycling. The contractor must perform the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and the university assumes no liability for any expenses incurred prior to the effective date of the contract. • The contract includes maintenance services for Vertiv Liebert equipment, including uninterruptible power systems and battery diagnostic systems. • The contractor must provide on-site service, including preventive maintenance and emergency response, and must be performed by a Vertiv factory-trained and authorized technician. • The contract also includes parts coverage, labor and travel coverage, and battery recycling. • The university requires the contractor to furnish a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to commencement of services.
