The scope of work includes implementing the Solano County Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Strategic Prevention Plan.
• The contract is for a period of five years, from FYs 2018/19 to 2022/23.
• The vendors will be responsible for providing services to reduce substance abuse and related health outcomes.
• The County retains the right to reject any proposal and the notice of intent to award does not create rights, interests, or claims of entitlement in the apparent best-evaluated proposers.
• The contract will be fully signed by all appropriate County officials before it becomes effective.
