Request for Qualifications: Project Inspection Consulting Services as part of the District's Measure D General Obligation Bond Program

The San Luis Coastal Unified School District is seeking a pool of project inspection consulting services to support the District's Measure D General Obligation Bond Program. The selected vendors will provide inspection services for various projects, including K-12 schools, classroom facilities, modernizations, new facilities, athletic facilities, swimming facilities, and common support facilities. The contract will be awarded to a pool of six vendors, with final hourly rates established prior to commencement. The District intends to use Measure D funds to fund this project. • The RFQ was posted on September 16, 2015, and six qualified responses were received. • The selected vendors are Blue Coast Consulting, Blue Enterprises, Inc., Joe Iffert Inspection, MarWal Construction Inc., Tom Hozschuh, and Walters Ventures Inc. • The contract is for the duration of the Measure D General Obligation Bond Program. • The District will use Measure D funds to fund this project. • The final hourly rates will be established prior to commencement.
