Description
The County of Calaveras is seeking consulting services to update its zoning ordinance. The selected consultant will conduct a public process to develop a new zoning ordinance that incorporates a mix of form-based standards, performance-based standards, incentives, and conventional zoning standards. The consultant will work with county staff and the public to develop a zoning ordinance that is user-friendly, consistent with state and federal law, and promotes infill, mixed-use, and development within community areas. The scope of work includes developing a final work program in conjunction with county staff.
