Lease of 6,000 SF Aviation Hangar with Office, Building #11

The City of Temple is leasing a 6,000 SF aviation hangar with office space to Kachemak Bay Flying Service for a two-year term. The lease rate for the first year is $2,250 per month, and the lease rate for the second year is $2,625 per month. The vendor has committed to painting the exterior of the building during the first year of the lease term. The lease provides for the option for three 1-year extensions to the lease, if agreed to by the City and the vendor, at a lease rate of 35¢ per SF plus an annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) escalation for the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood region, not to exceed 5% per annum.
