KnoxConnect Software

The City of Tucson has entered into a service agreement with Knox Company for the provision of KnoxConnect software licenses. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The total payment under this agreement shall not exceed $100,000.00. The City of Tucson will pay Knox Company $2,749.00 for the KnoxConnect TM Cloud License for 21+ devices, with services dates from 3/1/2025 to 3/1/2026. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The City of Tucson has the right to inspect and accept all materials and services provided under the contract. • The contract includes a confidentiality clause to protect the City of Tucson's and Knox Company's confidential information. • The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
