City Hall Lobby Renovations

The City of Rosenberg has awarded a contract to Cavalry Construction for the renovation of the City Hall Lobby. The contract is valued at $35,399.08 and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2025. The scope of work includes the repair of walls, tape joints, skim and texture walls, seal and paint all walls, remove and replace service counter and service desk, and floor protection. The contract also includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification. The City of Rosenberg is responsible for providing heat, water, and electricity on-site for the duration of the project. The contractor is required to provide and maintain minimum insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, employer's liability, and comprehensive general liability insurance.
