CAREGIVER ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM

The contract is for the provision of an online learning management system to meet the Orange County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)/Public Authority's mandate to provide access to training for IHSS caregivers. The system will be provided by Trualta, LLC, and will include a range of features such as caregiver authorized user access, admin and staff authorized user access, caregiver print content, and marketing. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The total value of the contract is $149,850.
