Description
The Hernando County School Board is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing architectural services for miscellaneous projects. The selected firms will execute an AIA Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect (AIA B101-17) for continuing services. The contract has an estimated annual amount not to exceed $500,000. The scope of work includes providing architectural services for projects with an estimated construction cost not exceeding $4 million and consulting services with a fee not exceeding $500,000.
• The contract is for a term of one year with the option to renew for additional terms.
• The selected firms will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis.
• The contract includes a provision for termination by either party with written notice.
• The Hernando County School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the AIA B101-17 agreement.
