Description
The County of Riverside is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide Transitional Re-Entry Program Facility Services. The services include intervention services and self-improvement opportunities, such as substance abuse treatment, mental health services, education, vocational education, and employment development, for adult offenders in a residential setting. The goal of the program is to support the Probation Department's mission of protecting community safety, reducing crime, and assisting offenders in their transition back into the community.
• The program will be community-based and provide a supportive environment for offenders to receive treatment and services.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive program that includes substance abuse treatment, mental health services, education, and employment development.
• The program will be designed to support the offenders' transition back into the community and provide them with the skills and resources needed for productive citizenship.
• The County is seeking vendors with at least five years of experience operating a treatment and/or transitional planning facility involving adult offenders in a residential setting.
