BUSSING (MOTORCOACHES) FOR 2016 RECOGNITION EVENTS (HILO AND KONA)

The County of Hawaii is seeking vendors to provide bussing (motorcoaches) for the 2016 recognition events in Hilo and Kona. The events will take place on January 22, 2016, and February 19, 2016. The vendor will be required to provide air-conditioned motorcoaches with a minimum capacity of 50 passengers. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the County. The scope of work includes: • Providing bussing services for the recognition events • Ensuring that the motorcoaches are air-conditioned and have a minimum capacity of 50 passengers • Providing ADA accessible transportation with ADA compliant ramps or lifts if requested by the County • Billing the County at the agreed-upon rates for the services provided.
