Description
The contract is for the provision of an outdoor scoreboard/display panel at Port Charlotte High School. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary to provide the scoreboard/display panel. The District is responsible for providing the steel structure, electrical service, and lift rental. The contract was initially solicited through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) process, but all proposals were rejected and the solicitation was reissued. The new solicitation allows previous bidders to either submit a new proposal or keep their previous proposal intact. Key aspects of the contract include:
