Real Estate Appraisal Services

This contract is for real estate appraisal services provided by The Spivey Group, Inc. to Orange County, Florida. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The total amount to be paid by the COUNTY under this contract is not to exceed the rates set forth in the Fee Schedule. The CONTRACTOR shall provide professional/consultation services in the area of real estate appraisal services, as more specifically set forth in the Scope of Services detailed in Exhibit “A”. Some key aspects of the contract include: • The CONTRACTOR shall commence services on January 2, 2022, and complete all services by January 1, 2025. • The COUNTY may terminate this contract for default or convenience, with notice to the CONTRACTOR. • The CONTRACTOR shall maintain certain types of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and workers' compensation. • The CONTRACTOR shall provide a truth-in-negotiation certificate, certifying that the wage rates and costs used to determine the compensation provided for in this contract are accurate, complete, and current. • The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, municipal and county ordinances.
