Materials Associated with In-House Pipe Repair

This contract is for the provision of materials associated with in-house pipe repair for Pinellas County. The contract was awarded to Rinker Materials, with a total value of $134,675. The contract duration is from June 15, 2023, to October 1, 2023. The scope of work includes the delivery of various pipe materials, including 10" and 14" pipes, as well as lubricant. The payment terms are net 30, without retention or setoff. • The contract includes a price escalator of 5% on December 31, 2023, for all products not shipped, and an additional 5% for every year thereafter. • The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. • The prices quoted apply only to the referenced project and are in effect for 30 days from the date of quotation. • Rinker Materials reserves the right to adjust the prices if a different quantity is purchased.
