Traffic Sign Sheeting and Overlay Film

The City of Independence, MO is seeking vendors to supply traffic sign sheeting and overlay film for the Public Works Department. The sheeting shall be Avery T-6500 or 3M 3930 or higher. The contract includes various line items for different types and sizes of sheeting and overlay film. The recommended award is to 3M. • The contract requires the vendor to provide all licenses, affidavits, and insurance if required before a purchase order will be issued. • The vendor shall provide a copy of their warranty with their bid submittal. • The City uses a third-party logistics provider to route freight, and shipping/freight charges should be shown as a separate line item. • Pricing shall be entered online via Public Purchase.
