Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Services

Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for landscape and grounds maintenance services for the Bill Santucci Justice Center. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis, and the selected vendor will be responsible for providing services on a scheduled basis in accordance with the Maintenance Management Plan. The contract has no guaranteed minimum or maximum dollar amount, quantities, or amount of services to be purchased during the term of the agreement. Some of the key services included in the contract are: • Landscape maintenance • Grounds maintenance • Maintenance of the Bill Santucci Justice Center, including the courthouse, Building B, and the South Placer Adult Correctional Facility • Provision of services on a scheduled basis in accordance with the Maintenance Management Plan The contract was awarded to Coast Landscape Management, who was declared to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
