The Air Force is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning, inspection, and preventive‑maintenance services for two Small‑Arms Firing Ranges at Cannon Air Force Base, NM. Work includes quarterly cleaning of bullet‑trap systems, HVAC and dust‑collection units, range control booths, and associated vestibules; quarterly submission of Preventive‑Maintenance‑Inspection (PMI) plans; unscheduled maintenance on a time‑and‑materials basis; and full provision of labor, equipment, consumables, and hazardous‑waste handling. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year award with up to four one‑year options, and the estimated ceiling is $25 million.
