Description
The US Air Force is soliciting quotes for a project to paint and upgrade lighting in office space and two vehicle workshops. The project includes painting approximately 2,000 square feet of office space and 5,500 square feet of production areas, as well as replacing all interior incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs. The contractor will be responsible for preparatory work, including repairing walls, sanding, and priming, but will not be responsible for moving furniture or equipment.
• The project is being solicited as a small business set-aside.
• A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 24 June at 0900 PDT.
• Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to the solicitation response deadline.
• The contractor must verify conditions at the project site.
• The project includes painting garage doors in Bldg. 110.
• The contractor must provide a list of preferred manufacturers for paint and LED lights.
