The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive repair, maintenance, and emergency servicing for overhead doors, automatic doors, and electronic gates across all municipal facilities. The scope includes routine scheduled service during business hours, same‑day response for non‑emergencies, and a 2‑hour response window for emergency calls, with labor billed on an hourly basis and parts invoiced separately.
