Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information to determine the existence of viable sources capable of providing construction services to upgrade the external security system at the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System in Seattle, WA. The project includes electrical work, telecommunications, installation of a new Blue Light Security System, and modification of walkways and roadways. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete the project. The period of performance is 325 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
• The project requires electrical work, including removal and installation of conduit
• Telecommunications work, including running of new communications wiring within confined spaces
• Installation of a new Blue Light Security System and signage
• Modification of walkways and roadways, including demolition of existing areas and repaving
• The contractor must meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures
