CSN West Charleston Campus Cooling Tower Replacement Project

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the replacement of the cooling tower at the West Charleston Campus Central Plant. The existing cooling towers are controlled by the existing Schneider Electric BMS, and the new cooling towers should be controlled identically to match the existing system. The project involves replacing the existing three cooling towers with two new ones, and programming adjustments will be needed to resolve the 3/2 change. • The project requires a mandatory site walk on November 20, 2025. • Questions regarding the project must be submitted by November 26, 2025. • The deadline for submitting bids is December 16, 2025. • The existing controls are in place and functioning, and the new cooling towers should reuse the existing controls. • Wiring should be left in place, if possible, at the nearest junction for a future tower.
