Reno-Stead Airport Taxiway Alpha & Aircraft Apron Reconstruction - Phase 5

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking bids for the Taxiway Alpha & Aircraft Apron Reconstruction - Phase 5 project. The project involves demolition of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, construction of new asphalt pavement, storm drain improvements, removal and installation of taxiway edge lights, miscellaneous striping, and electrical and drainage work. The project is funded by an Airport Improvement Program Grant, an Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Airport Infrastructure Grant, and RTAA funds. The Engineer's Estimate range for the Project is $3,700,000.00 to $3,900,000.00. • The project requires the contractor to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM (PT) at Reno-Stead Airport. • Bidders are required to submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their bid. • The bid submission deadline is April 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PT).
