IFB FOR 4.0 MGD WWTP UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS

The Town of Richlands is seeking bids for upgrades and improvements to their 4.0 MGD wastewater treatment plant. The project includes improvements to the pretreatment building, primary and secondary clarifiers, and shop building. The scope of work involves replacement of equipment, renovation of existing buildings, installation of new bollards, and electrical improvements. • Replacement of screening equipment, grit equipment, pumps, and blowers • Renovation of existing pre-engineered metal building, including HVAC improvements • Installation of new bollards and electrical improvements • Replacement of clarifier equipment and rehabilitation of access bridges • Replacement of the existing sludge belt press and polymer feed system • Building modifications, including wall penetration(s) and belt press foundation The project requires a contractor with experience in wastewater treatment plant upgrades and improvements. The contractor will need to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
