Description
The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking bids for the provision of new and unused Leica microscopes and accessories. The contract will be for a period of one year with five one-year renewal options. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for the microscopes and accessories, and to maintain a drug and alcohol free workplace.
• The contract will exclude electron, atomic force, tapping probe, confocal, super resolution and surgical microscopy.
• The vendor must be an authorized seller or reseller of Leica microscopes.
• The vendor must provide a price sheet with their bid.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
• The vendor must comply with the university's terms and conditions, including the maintenance of a drug and alcohol free workplace.
