Berkeley Preparatory Academy is seeking qualified vendors to perform vinyl composition tile (VCT) floor stripping and waxing across two facilities totaling 105,900 sq ft. The work includes thorough cleaning, application of four to five wax coats, and moving furniture as needed. A site visit is scheduled for May 11 2026 to allow bidders to assess conditions.
