Description
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The required services may include mental health treatment, substance use treatment and testing, and residential substance use treatment. Interested offerors must provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, and prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged to the offeror’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
