Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Simpson Building located at 709 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO. The contractor must provide evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays, and must perform daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as specified in the contract. The contractor must also provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services required. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Emptying and cleaning waste/trash containers and replacing liners
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors
• Removing cobwebs and dust from ceilings and corners
• Securing all doors as requested by the state agency
The contractor must also provide a daily log and sign in/sign out sheet, and must report any damage found during the performance of the services.
