HID Card Readers (BRAND NAME ONLY)

The Naval War College (NWC) is seeking to procure HID Signo PIVClass readers to replace existing hardware and support OSDP readiness. The readers will be used to enable CAC-based physical access through the Lenel OnGuard access control environment. The solicitation requires vendors to be authorized resellers of HID Global and to provide a current authorized reseller certification for all quoted brand name items. Key points to consider: • The required delivery date is 30 September 2026 • Quotes will only be accepted from vendors who are authorized resellers of HID Global • The quoter shall provide a current authorized reseller certification for all quoted brand name items • The Government reserves the right to consider past performance information when making an award decision
