The State of New York is seeking qualified contractors to design, construct, and equip a new dairy‑bar facility at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse. The work includes demolition of existing structures, construction of new concrete foundations, structural steel framing, installation of HVAC split‑system units, plumbing, and a full low‑voltage control‑cable system, as well as electrical power and lighting.
