Description
This solicitation is for an open‑end purchase order to provide on‑call electrical maintenance and repair services for the Alabama Department of Transportation District 1 Complex in Dothan, AL, and the Alabama Welcome Center in Slocomb, AL. The work will be performed on an as‑needed basis, with the district office scheduling service calls. Vendors must be located within a 60‑mile radius of the two sites. The contract includes specified quantities of regular‑hour and after‑hour service calls, master electrician hours, electrician’s helper hours, and up to $10,000 of parts and supplies (vendor markup required). The award period runs from the date of award through September 30, 2026.

• Required labor: 8 regular‑hour service calls, 4 after‑hour calls, 26 regular‑hour master electrician hours, 10 after‑hour master electrician hours, 26 regular‑hour electrician‑helper hours, 10 after‑hour electrician‑helper hours.
• Parts & supplies budget: up to $10,000 (vendor must include markup).
