Description
The University of South Carolina is seeking a Construction Manager Agent to provide professional services associated with contract administration, project management, construction administration, and other specified services in connection with the administration of a project delivery method. The contract period is 2 years with a maximum expenditure of $500,000.00. Interested firms should submit a current Standard Federal Form 330, primary contact information, and a certification stating whether the firm is a resident of South Carolina.
• The contract is for an indefinite quantity with a maximum single delivery order expenditure of $2,000,000.00.
• The agency may award up to 5 IDQs under this solicitation.
• Firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws.
• The agency prefers submittals not to exceed 20 double-sided pages.
