Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace outdated medical gas outlets with new ones at the Portland VAMC Vancouver Campus. The project involves replacing Medical Air, Medical Vacuum, and Oxygen outlets. The contractor will be responsible for general construction, alterations, tests, certification, and replacement of the existing medical gas outlets. The contractor must comply with safety requirements, infection control requirements, and VA security management programs. The project requires the contractor to develop a warranty management plan, provide training records, and maintain as-built drawings.
