The City of Columbus is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase Traffic Control Services for the temporary closure of SR-315 and other traffic control projects on an as-needed basis. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $30,000.00. The services will include traffic control set-ups, and the provider must follow the Ohio Department of Transportation's "Temporary Traffic Control Manual". The City will issue individual written purchase orders as needed, and the provider must be able to provide the services at the pricing submitted through the Indefinite Quantity Agreement expiration date.
The bid will be awarded as a whole, and the evaluation will be based only on lines #20 and #30, combined. These lines include SR-315 closure as described in the attached specifications, weekday between 7pm and 5am, and weekend. The remaining lines (40-180) are for other traffic control services on an as-needed basis, including type III barricade, type I barricade, barricade sign, sign stand, warning lights, channelizer plastic drum, cone, portable changeable message sign, flashing arrow board, advanced warning sign, labor to install, maintain, and remove, and law enforcement officer with cruiser.
