Description
The City of Oshkosh is seeking proposals for audio-visual upgrades at the Oshkosh Convention Center. The project includes the installation of new audio and video equipment, as well as accessories and parts. The city is looking for a vendor to provide and install the necessary equipment to upgrade the convention center's audio-visual capabilities.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Installation of new audio equipment, such as microphones, mixers, and amplifiers
• Installation of new video equipment, such as teleconference systems and video on demand systems
• Provision of audio and video production services
• Supply of audio-visual equipment and accessories
The city requires vendors to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Oshkosh Convention Center.
