Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to install an approximately 700‑foot, 12‑inch HDPE water main in Duluth, MN, including associated valves, a hydrant, connections to existing mains, bituminous pavement restoration, and required traffic and erosion control. The project is funded by the City of Duluth and must comply with prevailing‑wage requirements and a Project Labor Agreement for contracts over $150k.
