Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a comprehensive Student Crisis Intervention System that combines software implementation with a train‑the‑trainer program. The contractor will design, customize, and deploy a prevention‑focused, trauma‑informed solution across ~130 schools, deliver initial certification for up to 20 internal trainers, provide training materials, and offer ongoing coaching and multi‑year licensing support. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract lasting three years with optional one‑year extensions.
• Design and configure a crisis‑intervention software platform for ~84,000 students.
• Deliver in‑person “train‑the‑trainer” sessions (initial certification and recertifications) for 20 AAC‑PCS staff members, including all training manuals and fidelity tools.
• Provide annual software licensing, maintenance, and optional coaching/consultation services for up to three years.
