The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a firm-fixed price, commercial item, multi-year purchase order to provide housekeeping staff services for the Housekeeping Department at Rosebud IHS, Rosebud, South Dakota. The contract will be for a term of one year with four option years. The contractor will provide up to four qualified housekeeping personnel as full-time equivalents to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The scope of work includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing surfaces, maintaining custodial equipment, emptying waste baskets and trash cans, washing windows and screens, and keeping restrooms in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
