Employment & Income Verification, Public Records & Legal Research Platforms

The State of Washington is requesting input from the business community for the development of specifications for Employment and Income Verification, Public Records Search, and Legal Research Platforms. The current statewide contract is due to expire on 7/31/2026. The State is considering three categories: Employment and Income Verification, Public Records Search Services, and Legal Research Platforms. The RFI includes questions regarding pricing structure, customer onboarding process, training and support, and customer support. • The RFI is not a mandatory requirement for participation in any subsequent solicitations. • The results of the RFI may be used in the development of future solicitations. • All documents submitted as part of this RFI are public records, unless statutorily exempt from disclosure. • The State of Washington appreciates input and thoughts on this commodity and welcomes additional comments.
