Description
The Town of Weymouth is seeking a vendor to provide fireworks for the Annual 3rd of July Fireworks Display at Wessagusset Beach. The vendor will be responsible for providing a fireworks display that meets the requirements outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The IFB will be available after 8:30AM on Monday, May 11, 2026, and bids must be submitted by 11:00AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality in the bids.
• The vendor must provide a sealed bid that complies with all minimum requirements set forth in the IFB.
• The vendor must submit questions and requests for clarifications in writing by 3:00PM on Monday, May 18, 2026.
• The vendor will be selected based on the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
• The contract will be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office.
